Where is my order?
When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Logistics carrier website where you can track it. And also you can find the tracking information on the page of Order Details.

What's the warranty of my product?

My product is not working!
Tips to make your product working:
*Charge the toy fully
Make sure your product is charged with recommended time, or make sure you've found the correct charge port. Please proceed with your steps follow up the manual, a rechargeable toy normally has a light that flashes during charging and a solid light to indicate that it is fully charged.
*Try a new battery
Double-check your manual and follow up by steps. Try some correct new batteries, may make your toy work again.
